Temptation has never come in a hotter package.
You know how people say you can never believe what you read on the interwebs? That a hot guy online is probably a creeper with a beer gut and a shoe fetish, not the sexy beast he pretends to be?
So I had no clue that the anonymous blogger who contacted my law firm about his naughty website would be droolworthy in real life. Not that I’m interested in him in that way.
Attorneys can’t go around sleeping with their clients. Not even if he is the most beautiful man I’ve ever met and so ridiculously smart he makes my nerdy-girl heart sigh.
Besides, he has too much on the line to risk taking a chance on the insane chemistry building between us. We both do.
I’ve always followed the rules. Too bad he makes me want to break each and every one of them.
I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.
For the most part I really enjoyed All About the D, it was much more light-hearted than I believed the story line should have allowed. It seemed a little anti-climatic. I realize that it’s ‘romantic comedy’ *BUT* they are allowed to have some angst. WE NEED THE ANGST. When shit hits the fan… let it really hit and fly all over the place! Not that there was zero angst, don’t get me wrong. There was some, just not what as much as I built up in my head that it would be.
I really enjoyed the idea and the plot of All About the D, I FREAKING loved all of the dick jokes. I mean, come on… who doesn’t love a good joke all about the D <— like what I did there? 😉 It just went on too long in the middle (probably because they were banging like bunnies, seriously, LOTS of sex in this book) and the problem was resolved to quickly and easily for me.
That said. I do recommend it, there are some epic laughs! It’s down right steamy! I love their story, I love how romantic Josh can be, I love their friends, I love how quirky Evie is and I love how they build each other up.
